You can also try the local white wine called Txakoli. Txakoli is a young, fruity and mostly white wine (although a rosé is produced in smaller quantities) made from a grape called Hondarrabi Zuri which gives it a slight acidity. It is mostly produced in Getaria, with its own denomination of origin.
